TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The region’s No. 7 top most wanted person facing murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his alleged hideout at Callagdao, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Roy Guimba, 39, married, farmer and a resident of Nambaran, Tabuk City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino K. Wakas of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Tabuk City Police office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
