Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet- Anti-illegal drug operatives of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) and PDEA CAR arrested two drug personalities in a buy-bust operation conducted in the afternoon of March 8, 2021 in Purok 25, San Carlos Heights, Irisan, Baguio City.
Arrested drug personalities were identified as live-in partners Gracelyn Lumadas Saripada, 27, waitress, a native of Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur, and Bobby Remercial Dolorican, 36, unemployed, native of Pagadian City, both residing at the place of arrest.
Reports revealed that Gracelyn Saripada is listed as a Street Level Individual, a drug personality validated by the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC).
During their drug transaction, Saripada sold six sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 0.5 grams worth Php 3,000.00 to the undercover operative who acted as poseur buyer.
The subsequent search against the couple yielded two more sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated worth of Php 2,040.00, recovered from the possession of Dolorican. Furthermore, the buy-bust money was confiscated from suspect Saripada.
The confiscated items were inventoried onsite witnessed by Prosecutor Oliver Isabelo Prudencio, Punong Barangay of Irisan Arthur Carlos, and Janice Denis of Bombo Radyo.
Both suspects are now facing charges for Violation RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (PROCOR RPIO)
