BONTOC, Mountain Province – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Mountain Province Field Office Director Anita Verina T. awarded the Certificate of Registration for the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) No. 2682 between the Provincial Government of Mountain Province (MP) management and employees during the Flag Raising Ceremony recently at the Provincial Plaza.
The CNA was received by the Provincial Administrator Franklin C. Odsey, together with the officers of the MP Provincial Government Employees Union led by its President, Roger U. Sacyaten, Treasurer Marcelina Piluden, and Auditor, Fredolyn Bulanit.
In her message, Paredes expressed her personal commendation to the provincial government led by Governor Bonifacio C. Lacwasan, Jr. She said that the CNA is a clear manifestation of the good working relationship between the provincial government management and its rank-and-file employees.
“The Commission is encouraging you to have a union wherein you are partners. This is an avenue for you to talk with management and to talk with your leaders. Continue to work with your union and negotiate with the management for the benefit of our employees,” she further said.
On behalf of the provincial government, Odsey expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Paredes for the immediate approval of the said CNA.
“Thank you, Ms. Paredes for facilitating the early approval of the CNA between the management and the provincial government employees,” Odsey said.
