FLORA, Apayao – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) – Apayao initiated a one (1) day reorientation in Strategic Performance Management Systems (SPMS) on January 16, 2025 at the Flora Municipal Conference Hall.
Provincial Director of Kalinga and Apayao, Mrs. Ruth Gail Balagso facilitated the orientation in coordination with the Municipal Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), the said reorientation were attended by the different Department Heads, Division/Section Chiefs, officials and employees of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Flora.
The SPMS is a system that helps an organization achieve its overall goals and objectives by coordinating the tasks and responsibilities of each individual employee. It is a framework that aligns the vision, mission, and priorities with the responsibilities of the employees. By improving its SPMS, the goal is to further enhance office or individual operations.
The participants likewise received a refresher on Performance Commitment Review in order to have a deeper and better understanding of how to measure and achieve excellence in their own roles. By Michelle Acantilado
