TABUK CITY, Kalinga – As part of the women’s month celebration, the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) convened the Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI) Federation members from all districts of the city to review and evaluate their annual programs and accomplishments recently.
According to Rhonda Vail Lappao, City Welfare Officer and Women’s Focal Person, the program review and evaluation are done to monitor and assess the existing programs and accomplishments of the KALIPI members and ensure that they are achieving their intended outcomes while identifying their gaps and challenges to further help them set their program standards for 2023.
Other highlighted activities in the event are the presentation of the city’s KALIPI Federation financial status, the awarding of certificates to the most functional KALIPI chapters, volleyball league updates, and the discussion of their plans for the upcoming Women’s Month Celebration.
Enrique Baliang, Napoleon Ayang-ang, and Henry Gupa-al spoke on behalf of Mayor Estrañero, encouraging KALIPI members to actively participate while emphasizing the importance of their contribution to the city.
