CAMP BGEN OSCAR M FLORENDO – A female cadaver was found floating along the shoreline of Pantal Guibang, Dagupan City yesterday at 8:55 AM, August 29, 2018.
PSupt Jandale I. Sulit, Chief of Police, Dagupan City Police Station, said that the cadaver was discovered by two witnesses upon verifying an unidentified object floating along the shore.
The victim was identified as Reysha Tolosa Vidal, 21 years old, single, promodizer of CSI City Mall and a resident of Pantal Guibang, Dagupan City. Vidal was found half naked with no lower garments.
Prior to the incident, a witness saw four men in the place of incident where he also heard a weeping voice of a lady at about 12:30 in the morning on August 28, 2018.
The witness positively identified the suspects as: Rhadu Ubando Eugenio a.k.a. Adi, 36 years old, with live-in partner, construction worker; Jonathan Español De Vera a.k.a Maning, 29 years old, single, construction worker; Alfredo Ubaldo Ubando a.k.a. Pidong, 28 years old, single, construction worker and Flor Ubando Moulic Jr a.k.a Jay-ar, 26 years old, single, construction worker, all residents of Sitio Guibang, Brgy Pantal, Dagupan City.
Said suspects were arrested and were held at Dagupan City Police Station while preparing the necessary documents for inquest proceedings.
The victim’s body was brought to Reggie Funeral Homes, Lucao District, Dagupan City for autopsy/post mortem examination.
PCSupt Romulo E Sapitula, PRO1 Regional Director, reminded the Chiefs of Police Stations to strengthen proactive measures and preventive patrols to deter opportunities of committing crimes. He also reminded the community to be more vigilant and report any suspicious circumstances in nearest police station of the locality.
