BAGUIO CITY – The Department of Agrarian Reform, CAR (DAR-CAR) welcomes the new Regional Director Samuel S. Solomero during the Turnover Ceremony recently, 2022 at the 456 Hotel, Baguio City.
The DAR-CAR Outgoing Regional Director Atty. Estrellita B. Briones turned over her duties to the incoming DAR-CAR Regional Director Samuel S. Solomero through a symbolic key turnover rite.
Atty. Estrellita B. Briones, currently the Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (PARAD) for DAR Benguet shares in her message that she will be there to support the DAR offices, her communication channels are always open, and that she is thankful for everyone who has supported her and the friendships that were made.
RD Samuel S. Solomero said in his message that he is hopeful and excited to work with the warm people of the Cordilleras. He also shares his history and commitments to DAR, which he wants to continue in DAR-CAR.
The DAR-CAR Regional Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (RARAD) Atty. Annabelle Madayag-Oandasan showed her support during the turnover and gave her appreciation for the hard work done by PARAD Atty. Briones. She also assured Solomero that he will enjoy his new workplace because he is in the hands of the employees of DAR-CAR who have good work ethics and are kind.
The Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officers (PARPOs) II of DAR-CAR were there to give their appreciation to the outgoing Director and assure their commitment and support to the new DAR-CAR RD.
Also in attendance were the DAR-Region II Assistant Regional Director of Operations Alfredo B. Lorenzo Jr., Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer (MARPO) Eunomio P. Israel Jr., Nueva Vizcaya PARAD Atty. Brunhild S. Dakilay-Pascua, DAR-CAR Kalinga PARAD Atty. Leon B. Lagundi Jr., Mountain Province PARAD Atty. Leticia Hayes-Allen, and employees and staff from DARRO-Region II and DARRO-CAR.
