The Planning and Research Division (PPRD) of Department of Education- Cordillera Administrative Region (DepEd- CAR) coached 75 researchers to spell the conduct of their studies in the light of the Pandemic though google meet on May 24-26.
Florante E. Vergara, the Assistant Regional Director, welcomed the participants by encouraging them to conduct action and basic researches. He embarked on how significant researches are especially this trying times.
Meanwhile, Aida L. Payang, Chief Education Supervisor of PRD, challenged the participants to continue enhancing the culture of research in the region.
Pursuant to Memorandum 202 s. 2021, the virtual presentation and review of research proposals aimed to evaluate research proposals and recommend them for funding under the Basic Education Research Fund (BERF). BERF is a funding facility for potential studies conducted by eligible DepEd personnel geared towards improving access to education, quality and governance.
Accordingly, the review for the other half of researches will pursue on June 14-17.
