BONTOC, Mountain Province – A certificate and token of appreciation were awarded to each member of the Mountain Province Seal of Good Local Governance Sub Regional Assessment Team (MP SGLG SubRAT).
The awarding ceremony was held during the first Monday program cum the kick-off activity of the Police Community Relations Month celebration held at the Provincial Plaza on July 1, 2024.
The certificates and tokens were awarded by Department of Interior and Local Government–MP Provincial Director Evelyn B. Trinidad and Provincial Administrator Franklin C. Odsey to the MP SGLG SubRAT members from the provincial government and civil society organizations (CSO) in recognition to their efforts and unwavering support in the month-long conduct of the SGLG sub regional assessment in the ten municipal government units of the province last June 4–20, 2024.
“We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the provincial government for their unwavering support to the Provincial Governor, the Provincial Administrator, members of the SubRAT or Regional Assessment Team and also our partner CSO from the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the PCCI represented by Ma’am Winnie Cue,” Local Government Operations Officer Ivy Rose A. Khayad said on behalf of the DILG-MP family.
In addition, certificates of appreciation and special awards were awarded to the drivers from the provincial government in recognition for their tireless effort in ferrying the MP SGLG SubRAT in the ten municipalities of MP and members of the MP SGLG SubRAT with 100% attendance during the SGLG sub regional assessment, respectively.
Meanwhile, Khayad informed that the SGLG sub regional assessment resulted to 70% or 7 out of the 10 municipal governments being endorsed for SGLG higher level calibration or assessment. By HENT
