LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – A 33-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for carnapping and estafa in his residence at Puguis, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Florante Camuyot, officer-in-charge of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Cristitoto Abaio-an, 33, married, driver, native of Balili, Mankayan, Benguet, and a resident of Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of separate warrants issued by Judge Emmanuel Cacho Rasing of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 3 and Judge Delila Gonzales Munoz of the Municipal Trial court in La Trinidad for carnapping and estafa with a recommended bail bond of P100,000 and P10,000, respectively, for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the La Trinidad Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing courts for the appropriate disposal of the cases filed against him.
