BAGUIO CITY – A 59-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged rape at Santa Escolastica, here, Monday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Agos Ferrer, 56, married, driver, and a resident at Sta. Escolastica, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Mona Liza Teongson-Tabora of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 7 in Baguio City for rape with a fixed bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the BCPO headquarters for proper documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
