TADIAN, Mountain Province – A 50-year old driver was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape in his residence at Balaoa, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Cornelio Comila, officer-in-charge of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested person as Jerry Bao-anen Cacamo, 50, married, driver, and a resident of Balaoa, Tadian, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Serio Angnganay of the RE3gional Trial court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for statutory rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
He was subsequently turned over to the Tadian Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
