BAGUIO CITY – A 36-year old driver after he allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself inside his room in their residence at No. 21, Purok 6, Pinsao Pilot Project, here, Monday dawn
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, acting city director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the alleged suicide victim as James Manzano Bugnosen Jr., 36, married, driver, and a resident of No. 21 Purok 6, Pinsao Pilot Project, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim’s mother discovered the lifeless body of her son inside his room with a nylon rope looped around his neck while the other end was tied in a higher portion.
His mother shouted for help prompting her husband and concerned neighbors to aid each other in bringing down his body from the ceiling to the ground.
Responding police operatives and elements of the scene of the crime operation team found no other signs of external injuries on the victim’s body that might have caused his untimely demise.
