TABUK CITY, Kalinga – The transformative efforts of city government under Mayor Darwin Estrañero’s inspired the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Cordillera to invite him as the Guest Speaker in their Regional Conversations with Local Government Officials held Thursday in Baguio City.
The regional conference aims to guide local elective officials on their powers, duties, and responsibilities in human resource management, planning towards resiliency in the public sector, and other civil service matters.
Mayor Estrañero addressed local officials, department heads, human resources personnel, and other employees from various local government throughout the Cordillera, discussing the city’s best practices in achieving exemplary performance in terms of strategic organizational structure, improvement of the city hall, best practices on health and social services, as well as infrastructure developments in the city.
