Everything But Cheese (EBC) is the first and only cheese concept quick service restaurant in the Philippines. Serving meals infused with various kinds of specialty cheese. Their story began on June 28, 2015 as a small food stall at Calderon Street, near Plaza Hugo in Sta. Ana, Manila. Which was inspired by the idea to make Filipinos get to taste authentic and artisan cheeses. Now, as they continue to fulfil the unwavering commitment to introduce, produce, and serve a wide range of specialty and innovative cheeses to their growing community.
Moreover, it is with pride to be known as “The Cheesiest Place on Earth” as they continue to serve the best tasting baked cheesy rice meals, grilled cheese sandwiches and cheeseburgers. Most specially, they are renowned for being the Home of the Best Cheese Fondue.
They continue to be a flourishing food chain in the country with so far six branches located across Metro Manila. Another milestone is happening today as the brand opens their first outside metro manila branch located at SM Baguio, Sky Terrace. Before the year end, another 7 new stores will be opened to share the cheesiest food restaurant experience.
Meanwhile, EBC is thriving as a community too as they have around 133K Cheesekadas on Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Similarly, EBC is welcomed into their homes as they delivered cheesy meals right through their Cheesekadas’ doorsteps.
