PARACELIS, Mountain Province February 11 – A 32-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged attempted murder at sitio Bagabag, Buringal, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Manuelito Estanes Tugade, 32, single, farmer and a resident of barangay Estrada, Quezon, Isabela.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Bernabe Mendoza of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 23 in Roxas, Isabela for the crime of attempted murder with a recommended bail bond of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
