BONTOC, Mountain Province May 01 – A 48-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for murder at Poblacion, here, Monday.
Senior Superintendent Allen S. Ocden, provincial director of the Mountain Province Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested individual as Moises For-ang Chopchopen, 48 years old, married, farmer, and resident of Sacasacan, Sadanga, Mountain Provinve.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Segio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Abatan, Buguias for murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bontoc Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
