BUGUIAS, Benguet – A 35-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rate in his residence at Antopac, Buyacaoan here Tuesday afternoon.
Senior Superintendent Florante Camuyot, officer-in-charge of the Benguet Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Arnold Salipan Lumbadi, 35, married, farmer and resident of Antopac, Buyacaoan, Buguias, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay, acting judge of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 64 in Abatan, for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Buguias Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
