KAPANGAN, Benguet – A 28-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape at Magsad, Gadang, here, recently.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 9 in La Trinidad for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested person was subsequently brought to the Kapangan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
