PARACELIS, Mountain Province May 21 – A 56-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged rape in his residence at sitio Mabullog, Bantay, here, Thursday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Juan Dinanas Macocay, 56, married, farmer, and resident of Mabullog, Bantay, Paracelis, Mt. Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angnganay of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 36 in Bontoc for alleged rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
