A farmer was killed while his companion was hurt when their truck fell to a 10-meter deep ravine.
Police authorities identified the fatality as Florante Danao, married, 36 y/o, farmer and a resident of Palansa, Bila, Bokod, Benguet while his companion as Rell Jacinto, 40 y/o, married, farmer, also a resident of the same place.
Investigation disclosed the victims were inside the Elf Truck of Danao and traversing the road along Palansa when the vehicle accidentally fell to the right side ravine of more or less 10 meters deep.
Both occupants were brought to Dennis Molintas District Hospital, Daclan, Bokod, Benguet for treatment however, Danao was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician of said hospital while Jacinto sustained multiple contusion.
