A farmer lost his motorcycle after two male riders forcibly took it at gunpoint.
On June 30, 2018, at around 1:00AM, Richard Tanumna Naayao, 30, married, farmer, and a resident of Brgy. Ubao, Aguinaldo, Ifugao was aboard his red XRM Honda motorcycle, model 2018, without plate number, with Sawie Pacyod Alfonso as back rider, heading home after their drinking session at Ramon, Isabela
When the two momentarily topped to urinate along the highway at Potia, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, a motorcycle appeared from behind with two unidentified male riders and declared hold-up at gunpoint. One of the suspects was holding a gun while his companion was holding a knife and ordered them to move away from the motorcycle. The suspects took away the victim’s motorcycle and escaped heading north towards Paracelis, Mt. Province.
The victim did not report the incident immediately with his assurance that his motorcycle will be recovered.
The case is still under investigation.
