PARACELIS, Mountain Province – A 45-year old farmer was arrested by combined police operatives during the service of his warrant issued by a local court at sitio Caloacan, barangay Bantay here around 8 pm Sunday.
Senior Superintendent Oliver Enmodias, provincial director of the Mountain Province Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Robert Ayyog Ludan, 45, married, farmer and a resident of Labay, Bantay, Paracelis, Mountain Province.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Joseph Patnaan of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 35 in Bontoc for the crime of violation of the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (RA) 705 or the Forestry Reform code of the Philippines with a recommended bail of P45,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Paracelis Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
