Panagbenga organizes said that there was supposed to be more floats that would have participated in the annual grand float parade if not for the absence of sufficient spaces to assemble the floats and the available floatmakers to supervise and manage the assembly of the floats, those, some of the interested groups and companies backed out and will set their sights in their future participation.
The said development prompted organizers to spearhead the conduct of more trainings for interested existing and budding floatmakers in the coming months to ensure the availability of floatmakers that will be available to assemble the floats of interested grand float participants in the coming years of the staging of the flower festival.
