BANGUED, Abra – A 28-year old helper was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for murder and attempted murder charges at Zone V, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Michael John Damian, 28 years old, single, helper and resident of Zone 7, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of separate warrants of arrest issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for murder with no bail recommended bail for his temporary liberty and attempted murder with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing courts for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
