BAGUIO CITY – A 23-year old helper was injured during a gas explosion inside an apartment along Clover Leaf Alley, Padre Zamora, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the victim as Frank Vanjo Menor, 23, single, helper and a resident of Clover Leaf Alley, Padre Zamora Barangay, Baguio City.
Initial police investigation showed that the victim was about to light their stove when their gas tank suddenly exploded inflicting injuries in the different parts of his body.
The victim was immediately rushed by his neighbors to the Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) for medical treatment of the injuries he sustained as a result of the accidental gas explosion.
The case is still undergoing investigation by the members of the Baguio fire department.
