POZORRUBIO, Pangasinan November 03 – A 67-year old housewife was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on separate warrants for estafa and theft in her residence at Manaol, here, Wednesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Dominga Velasco Ober, 67, married, housewife, and a resident Barangay Manaol Pozorrubio Pangsinan.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Glenda Ortiz-Soriano of the Municipal Trial Court in cities (MTCC) Branch 2 in Baguio City for estafa with a recommended bail of P60,000 for her temporary liberty and another warrant of arrest for theft with a recommended bail of P2,000 for her temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Pozorrubio Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against her.
