BAGUIO CITY – The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Baguio (HRAB) once again launched its annual feeding program, providing free meals and goods to the less fortunate, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and indigent communities. This initiative has been a staple event since the start of Session Road in Bloom, a highlight of Baguio’s Panagbenga Festival.
The program aims to give back to the community by offering hot meals and support to those in need. By doing so, HRAB hopes to foster a spirit of service and compassion, reinforcing the festival’s essence of unity and generosity.
“This feeding program is more than just distributing food—it’s about making a positive impact in the lives of those who need it most,” an HRAB representative shared. “We are grateful to our partner hotels, restaurants, organizations and volunteers who make this possible every year.”
Beneficiaries expressed their appreciation, highlighting how the initiative has helped them during difficult times. Volunteers also shared their fulfillment in being part of an activity that directly benefits the community.
HRAB continues to encourage businesses and individuals to support the program, ensuring that more people receive assistance during the festival. With the ongoing success of the initiative, the organization hopes to expand its outreach and bring more smiles to those in need.
Session Road in Bloom, known for its vibrant displays, food stalls, and entertainment, serves as the perfect backdrop for this act of kindness.
