iACADEMY proudly announces a resounding success as its Real Estate Management graduates clinch the top 8 and top 10 spots in the recent Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam. Leslie Sia secured the top 8 position with an impressive score of 86.5%, while Mary Ann Clemente secured the top 10 spot with a commendable score of 85.5%.

Overall Passing Rate: The program boasted an overall passing rate of 92.31%, a testament to the effectiveness of iACADEMY’s education and its dedication to producing industry-ready professionals.
iACADEMY consistently produces high-achieving real estate management graduates. In 2021, the institution achieved a perfect 100% pass rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam, solidifying its status as a top choice for BS Real Estate Management students.
In 2022, iACADEMY excelled further. The institution not only ranked among the top 10 schools for successful real estate brokers exam takers, but also secured the top spot nationwide with an impressive 93.75% pass rate in the Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam. These achievements highlight iACADEMY’s exceptional commitment to providing top-tier education in real estate management.
In the highly competitive April 2023 Real Estate Brokers Examination, iACADEMY once again demonstrated its commitment to producing top-caliber professionals in the field, with iACADEMY graduates Clark Dustin Yeung and Queenzi Mae Comiso placing third and fifth, respectively.

iACADEMY provides a fast-track real estate management program, allowing individuals with a business degree to complete it in three terms. Those without a business degree can finish the program in five terms.
