AGUINALDO, Ifugao – The province’s No. 1 wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Guihob, Butac, here, Monday Morning.
Senior Superintendent Constancio Chinayog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Jay-ar Mayapit Batuna, 26, single, farmer and a resident of Guihob, Butac, Aguinaldo, Ifugao
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by a local court for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was subsequently brought to the Aguinaldo Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
