ALFONSO LISTA, Ifugao – The province’s No. 2 top most wanted person facing two counts of rape was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant inside his residence at Busilac, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent Contancio Chinayog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Rodrigo Elardo Teodoro Jr. alias “Jaguar” alias Aldrin Teodoro, 26, married, high school level and a resident of Busilac, Alfonso Lista Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan of the Regional trial court (RTC) Branch 15 in Lafonso Lista for two counts of rape with bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted individual was brought to the Alfonso Lista Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
