LAMUT, Ifugao – The province’s No. 3 top most wanted person who is facing attempted murder charges was successfully arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents during the service of his warrant of arrest in his residence at Lawig here Saturday morning.
Senior Superintendent Constancio Chinayog, officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted individual as Alexer Argueza Ventura, 35, married, farmer and a resident of Lawig, Lamut, Ifugao who has been listed as the No. 3 top most wanted person in the provincial level for the first quarter of this year.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rufus G. Malecdan, Jr. of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 in Alfonso Lista, Ifugao with a recommended bail of P60,000 for his temporary lieberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Lamut Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
