The Metrobank Foundation has recently recognized a police colonel (PCol.) from Bokod, Benguet as one of its 2022 awardees.
PCol. Lambert Suerte was recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Filipinos by Metrobank Foundation for his effective and productive leadership.
“His resolve and expertise as a commander have been tested in several armed encounters with enemy forces,” read the foundation’s congratulatory Facebook post, “among these, is leading his men to victory and safety during the Marawi City siege in 2017,” it added.
PCol. Suerte and all other awardees will receive P1 million cash prize each along with a golden medallion and The Flame trophy during the conferment ceremonies slated in September.
“He truly deserves the recognition for his strong and inspiring leadership we all have witnessed,” Governor Dr. Melchor Daguines Diclas said congratulating PCol. Suerte on his award. “He is worthy of emulation for his valuable public service.”
PCol. Suerte is currently the Battalion Commander of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion of the National Capital Region Police Office. By SAP Jr.
