LANGIDEN, Abra – A 39-year old jobless man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for homicide and illegal possession of firearms in his residence at Poblacion, here, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Erick O’relly Carsolla, 39, married, unemployed and a resident of barangay Poblacion, Langiden, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for homicide in relation to the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 10591 or the Comprhenssive Firearms Law with a recommended bail of P120,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Langiden Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issiung court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
