LAMUT, Ifugao – A 42-year old woman was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Law in her residence at Poblacion East, here, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested drug personality as Jovy Padua, 42, married, jobless, and a resident of Poblacion East, Lamut Ifugao.
She was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Romeo U Habiling of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 in Lagawe for violation of RA 9165 with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Lamut Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to her turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against her.
