KALINGA – Classes in all levels in private and public schools of February 13 and 14 in Kalinga are suspended while February 14 was declared as a special non-working holiday in the province.
The suspension and declaration was made by Governor Jocel Baac when he signed Executive Order No. 2019-04 in line with the celebration of the 24th founding anniversary and the 3rd Bodong Festival.
Baac enjoined all local government units, national line agencies, schools, non government institutions, banks and other sector to join the province in celebration of these occasions.
