Tabuk City, Kalinga – A 51 year old male resident of Dagupan West is the 2nd reported COVID-19 case in the city after testing positive in a Cagayan-based health facility.
Mayor Darwin Estrañero said that the latest COVID-19 patient is an Overseas Filipino Worker in Abu Dhabi.
