TABUK CITY, Kalinga July 06 – The province’s No. 3 top most wanted person facing rape charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his residence at Purok 6, Bulanao, here, Tuesday.
Senior Superintendent Brent Majaco, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Joel Bitagan Sindanum alias Rudy, 36, married, driver and a resident of New Tanglag, Tabuk City.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Neljoe A. Cortes of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 25 in Tabuk City for rape with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Tabuk City Police Office for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
