HINGYON, Ifugao – The No. 7 top most wanted person was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged swindling at Piwong, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Costancio Chinaog, Jr., officer-in-charge of the Ifugao Provincial Police Office, identified the arrested wanted person as Neil Gumangan Sakai, 47, married, businessman and a resident of Poblacion, Kiangan, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Modesto Bahol, Jr. of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) in Lamut for swindling with a recommended bail of P12,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Hingyon Municipal Police |Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposition of the case filed against him.
