KIBUNGAN, Benguet – The town’s No. 1 top most wanted person facing frustrated murder charges was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-nacotics agents based on a warrant in his residence at Mocgao, Badeo, here early Monday morning.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Robert Sacpa Mariacos, 47, married, and a resident of Mocgao, Badeo, Kibungan, Benguet.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jennifer Humiding of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 63 in La Trinidad for frustrated murder with a recommended bail of P200,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Kibungan Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
