La Liga Buguias’ Season 4: Young Guns and Mark N’ Kins maintained their precarious leads over their closest pursuers as they claim another victory each during games last Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the San Jose Gym, here.

Young Guns left the Chiefs still looking for their first win after the game and came out a 71-60 winner of the contest. The win was young Guns’ seventh win against a loss. The only dent on their win-loss record was dealt by a 73-83 loss to the highlander at a game in the YMCA Gym last June 27. They still lead the standings by half game over Mark N’ Kins. It was the seventh straight loss for the Chiefs.

Meanwhile, Mark N’ Kins maintained their sole possession of second place by beating Hotspring on a squeaker, 76-75. They are half a game ahead of the Giants and Doms at 6-1. hot Spring dropped to ninth place with their 2-6 record. If the playoffs will start today, Hot Spting would have been out of the playoffs in the 12-team league.
