FLORA, Apayao – A 29-year old laborer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents after he was issued a warrant of arrest for reckless imprudence resulting to homicide and damage to property at Upper Atok here Monday morning
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Mark Kevin Bunnao Ngisit, 29, single, high school graduate, laborer, and a resident of Upper Atok, Flora Apayao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Amy Alafag Verzola of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) of Luna-Pudtol-Calanasan under Criminal Case No. 13-2023 for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and damage to property with a recommended bail of P60,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Flora Municipal Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the disposal of the case filed against him. By Dexter A. See
