BAGUIO CITY – A 35-year old labourer who is included in the watch list of drug personalities was arrested by combined police operatives and anti-narcotics agents after having found in his possession alleged illegal drugs and assorted drug paraphernalia during a buy bust operation at Lower Padre Burgos, here, recently.
Senior Superintendent George D. Daskeo, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office, identified the arrested drug personality as Teddy Bruno Capino, 35, single, laborer, and presently residing at Lower Padre Burgos, Baguio City.
Confiscated from his possession by the members of the operating team were one heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu”, and Php500.00 marked money.
The arrested notorious drug personality was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation awaiting the filing of the appropriate charges against him before the city prosecutor’s office.
