BANGUED, Abra January 31 – A 23-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for alleged murder in his residence at Lipcan, here, Tuesday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Robin Pineda Bergonia, 23, construction worker and a resident of barangay Lingtan, Bangued, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rafael Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 1 in Bangued for alleged murder with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Bangued Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against hm.
