HINGYON, Ifugao July 10 – A 64-year old labourer was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant for rape in his residence at sitio Ubuwol, Mompolia, here, Friday.
Police authorities identified the arrested individual as Jose Dumangeng Linglingon, 64, single, laborer, and a resident of Sitio Ubuwol, Mompolia, Hingyon, Ifugao.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Romeo U. Habiling of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 14 in Lagawe for rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the Hingyon Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
