LAGANGILANG, Abra – The town’s No. 8 top most wanted person facing illegal possession charges was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on a warrant in his hideout at Labot, Santa, Ilocos Sur, Monday.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted person as Noriel Molina Baldemor, 24, married, farmer, and resident of Brgy. Cayapa, Lagangilang, Abra.
He was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for violation of the provisions of Republic Act (RA) 10591 or the Comprehenssive Firearms Law with a recommended bail of P100,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Lagangilang Municipal Police Station for documentation prir to his turnover to the issiung court for the proper disposal of the case filed against him.
