The LTO-CAR regional director Francis Ray Almora reported that people need not personally appear in the LTO office in their area just to avail of their desired services as they can do their business online to avoid face-to-face contact.
He claimed that the latest district office to be connected online with the LTMS is the LTO Abra district office which now makes it easier for the people of Abra to transact business with them without visiting their office.

Among the available services offered by the LTMs include the online appointment and application system, the driver’s licensing system, motor vehicle registration system and the revenue collection system.
He urged prospective clients of the LTO regional and district offices to maximize the use of the LTMS transact business with the LTO and help reduce the long lines in the offices and to comply with the ongoing implementation of restrictions that will prevent the spread of the deadly virus among the agency’s employees and clients.
