TABUK CITY, Kalinga – Superintendent Brent M. Madjaco recently assumed his post as officer-in-charge of the Kalinga Provincial Police office in lieu of Senior Superintendent Victor K. Wanchakan, who was ordered to be assigned in the Police Regional Office (PRO) in the Cordillera.
Majaco formally accepted the responsibility from Wanchakan during recent simple turnover ceremonies held in the conference room of Camp Bado, Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet.
In his acceptance speech, Madjaco expressed his gratitude to the leadership of the Philippine National Police (PNP) for the trust and confidence and for giving him the opportunity to serve the people of Kalinga. He assured ranking police officials who witnessed the turnover ceremonies that despite the expected tough journey especially in the last two months of the implementation of the Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign, he will try his very best to pursue the mission of the PNP and bring together the men and women of Kalinga Police Provincial office with much dedication and vigor.
Before his designation, Madjaco was the Chief of the Regional Operations Plans Division since February 15, 2016.
On the other hand, Wanchakan, in his speech, also expressed his gratitude to the PNP leadership Command Group and all men and women of Kalinga Police Provincial Office for their support and cooperation during his term.
