MALIBCONG, Abra – The town’s No. 1 top most wanted person facing four counts of statutory rape was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence based on a warrant inside the Victory Liner terminal in Pasay City, recently.
Police authorities identified the arrested wanted individual a Jerry Balani Mamanao, 31, single, laborer, native of barangay Dulao Mataragan, Malibcong, Abra and presently residing in barangay San Vicente, Silang, Cavite.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judege Corpuz Alzate of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 2 in Bangued for four counts of statutory rape with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
The arrested wanted person was brought to the Malibcong Municipal Police Station for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for proper disposal of the case filed against him.
