BAGUIO CITY November 07 – A 45-year old man was arrested by combined police operatives and intelligence agents based on three warrants for estafa in a house at Torres Bugallon St., West Modernsite, Aurora Hill, here, Friday.
Senior Superintendent Ramil L. Saculles, City Director of the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO), identified the arrested individual as Ricarte Puyaoan Duenas, male, 45, and a resident of No. 21 Torres Bugallon St., West Modern Site, Aurora Hill, Baguio City.
He was arrested by virtue of three warrants of arrest issued by Judge Irin Zenaida S. Buan of the Regional trial Court (RTC) Branch 56 in Angeles City, Pampanga for estafa with a total recommended bail of P52,000 for his temporary liberty.
The arrested individual was brought to the BCPO headquarters for documentation prior to his turnover to the issuing court for the proper disposal of the cases filed against him.
